The service

DeepLexa provides AI-visibility measurement and recommendations. Because AI answer engines are non-deterministic and change over time, reports are estimates and directional guidance, not guarantees of ranking, placement, or business outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You must have the right to submit any brand or domain you analyze.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no using it to infringe others' rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed at $19/month or $190/year. You can cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of your billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on request.

Intellectual property

The service, including its content and software, is owned by Bravos AI Private Limited and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravos AI Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
